2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Kolding] An amber beer with a disappearing white head. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel. And so is the flavor, while the mouthfeel is flat.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber colour. Citric, lemony hop aroma. Much the same on the palate, again with lots of citric hop - lemon and grapefruit. Dry, crisp finish. Overall, a clean, refreshing beer. Not the most complex, but rather good. One of the best St Peter beers I’ve tried. Cask (handpump) at Lord Moon of the Mall (JDW), Whitehall, London.

Bottled: Amber coloured. Clear. Beige medium sized head. Is mildly hopped and sweet in the aroma. Flavour is fresh, light herbal and light hoppy. Has a light touch of bitterness in the end. A bit thin, which leads to a quick end.

Cask at the Jerusalem in London. Rusted amber with no head. Nice mild hop aroma with light spice and hints of candy. Some lighter hop flavors with watery malts and washed out fruit. Body was smooth and pleasant. Finished with mild hops, while being semisweet.
