Cask; Regular. Also available brewery conditioned and cold filtered in 500ml bottles.
Soil Association accredited, organically grown Chariot malted barley is used to make the mash for this excellent beer. To provide the distinctive fully hopped character we add organically grown Goldings hops. The result is a unique, full-bodied organic best bitter with a refreshing after-taste, highly commended by the Soil Association. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Pasturised bottle from Waitrose, Marlow, Bucks. Average bottled bitter with the typical aroma (almost dusty?). Full bodied, some harsh carbonation and some hops in there. Good but not great.

Amber color. Malty aroma, dry caramel, lightly metallic. Some sweetness, light malt, strong caramel, some aromatic hop; a bit harsh; very strong final (too much bitter).

Cask Conditioned, at the Jerusalem Tavern, London.
Amber with a lacy white head. Also has a tawny hue. Slightly sweet, malty and crisp tang. Lovely. I think this is better then the regular bitter. I really enjoyed the freshness and cleanness of this beer. Certainly would have had a few if time had permitted.

earthy hop aroma, pours with a rich copper hue but very little head, full bodied with rich hop/bitter flavours and the distincitve underlying earthiness that is typical of St Peters, the finish is long and bitter, a satisfying ale.

Fresh and pleasant initial taste.Plenty of body and a pleasant sharp bitterness. Some organic beers are a bit dissapointing but this one isn't-well worth a try.

Palest copper color; soapy head; mold nose. Good first impression. GREAT bottle design- sorta a 19th century medicine bottle look.
