Bottle 500 ml at home, poured into a big Guinness glass, ABV 4.3% As the name suggests, red ruby colour on the body, clear enough to see little activity in there, with almost two fingers of thick, brown head. Very good retention, light lacing left behind. Aroma of caramel, red fruits. Taste follows, very fruity with red fruits, some caramel and toasted malts but also a nice mild bitterness on the finish, with a bit of hops there. Medium thick body with soft carbonation, creamy and smooth. Very good.

Appearance with amber (very dark) color and poor durabilit head of foam. Barely perceptible aroma: toasted malt and aged. Flavor between the roasted malt and hops with toffee (candy) and bitter notes. A great red ale!
