pours a deep ruby red with a thin tan head. lot’s of caramel malt an earthy hops in the aroma are magnified in the flavour with some farmhouse biscuity flavours. the earthy, almost citrusy hops give it a smooth bitter finish. quite nice.

Neat Bottle. Pours a dark ruby read color with a very small head and no lacing. Aroma of malt, dark fruit and bit of caramel. Taste of some malt, caramel sweetness, dark fruit and just a bit of spice. Moderate body, quite smooth and flavor enhances as it warms. Nice beer for the style.

Lovely shaped bottle. Rich red ale with a thin light tan/pink fuzz. Malty nose with a little touch of frying sausage in lard. A nice bready taste with some pleasant summer fruitiness. A little smoke and hickory, with roast nuts. Some saltiness on the finish, and rather pleasant drinkable red.

Bottle at 2nd tuesday tasting. Pours, as the name says, ruby red with almost no head. Aroma is sweet, caramel malt, typical ale. Taste is also sweet with caramel malt and a very soft bitterness. Very soft carbo. Not very interesting.
