4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml bottle poured into pint glass at room temperature. Rich malt nose with a slight sour note. Deep red/ brown beer with thick creamy off-white head. No carbonation. Medium body, oily texture. Taste is surprisingly hoppy with smoky caramel malt following. The hoppy bitterness lingers for ages. Great bitter, balanced and moreish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
AROMA: Nice Malty aroma with notes of apple and a touch of chocolate
APPEARANCE: Very nice deep ruby red color. 1/2 fingure head the quickly drops to a thin film on top of the beer.
TASTE: Sweet and malty up front that does become a touch bitter on the after.
PALATE: Medium body that seems to coat the mounth. Carbonation is low and the finish is long
OVERALL: Pretty good beer, the more I got into the pint the more I enjoyed it.
