The beer is pale yellow in the glass with a flat head. It smells restrained hoppy-bitter and subtly grainy. Starts dominant malty, slightly bitter in the background with a moderate hop aroma. The middle part is grassy hoppy, bitter, again grainy with pale malts and lot of hay in the background. Goes into a very grassy and hoppy finish with lots of hay!

Bière blonde dorée avec un col de mousse blanche faible. Nez essentiellement de céréales. Attaque franchement amère, mais sèche (pas de côté fruitée), le malt domine largement. Bof

Bottle 0.5 L. Golden body with an average, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with scarce lacing. Light malty aroma (grains) with even lighter hoppy notes (herbal). Intense bitter flavour with a very light malty sweetness. Light-to-medium body with a dry texture.

Eurolagergolden in colour. Typical golden ale in taste. Decent, but in no way spectecular.

Bottle. Pours a perfectyellow gold with an astoundingly lasting white head. Nose is caramel and lemons. Taste is surprisingly light. There’s some toasted caramellic tones with lots of light citrus. A little floral and spruce in there, just to keep you on your toes. Easy drinker.

500ml bottle served cold at home in a shaker. Golden yellow body with a thin white head slight cindertoffee aroma.Cereal, parma violets, and hop astrigency. I have yet to be really impressed with anything from St Peters despite the groovy bottle shape.

Bottled 0,50L. Bright and brillant golden limpid color, discreet foamy head of short resistant, indeed nice bubbly aspect. Moderate malty and resin nose, little alcoholic. Discreet crisp taste, a little strong mouth with notes of cereals and cellar. Long and lasting bitterness final.
