Bottle in the Sweffling White Horse, Suffolk. Golden with an off white head. mild citrus aroma. The taste is marmalade citrus. Pleasant bitterness. Nice beer.

Cask conditioned at The Jerusalem Tavern, Farringdon, London. Gold with white head. Easy drinking, light, thinnish beer, there is a leafy, grassy hop character then a simple, bready malt and fruity yeast note. It’s okay.

Bottle at Stuu666’s. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of floral hops, light booze note. Taste is light sweet, more floral notes. Bitterness builds at the back. Not bad.

Out of a big honkin’ bubba. Brown-copper with a nice white head. Has a lot of characteristics of a British barleywine. Fruit and spice. Solid body. Not sure what’s summery about it, but it’s a nice beer.

Bottle from the St Peter’s brewery. Poured a clear, deep golden colour with a thin, but dense white head. Aroma of Seville oranges, spiced rum and floral hops. Sweet, fruity initial flavours with some gooseberry, golden syrup and cereal. Finish was marmalade, honeycomb and astringently bitter resin.
