Cask; Regular. Also available brewery conditioned and cold filtered in 500ml bottles.
A high proportion of premium wheat is used with modest amounts of Challenger and Goldings hop varieties to produce a light, smooth, clear, refreshing beer with a distinctive palate.

Bottle. Pours clear light golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hop and grain. Mild, rather watery taste of hop. A little sweet. Disappointing for a wheat beer.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt - yeast, light to moderate yeasty, vwgetables, light cooked corn. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120515]

Cask at the jerusalem Tavern. Warm malty aroma, bread, fruit, light hops. Nice malty falvor, warm biscuits, sweet grains, touch of sour, nice hoppy finish. Slightly spjcy. Rounded and nice. Pretty dark gold.
