A bit hazy, pale, and golden with a huge, frothy white head and decent lacing. Aroma of sour apple, funky yeast, bubblegum, sweet fruit, grapes and caramel. Taste is malty and quite yeasty; a little funky and mildly bitter. Medium bodied, a little dry, with a bitter finish and average carbonation. Not bad, but I can’t imagine why this isn’t in the Belgian Ale category.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. I brought this. Clear fazy golden. A decent off white head. Sweet malt and yeast in the nose is nice. Light flavor. We should have started the night with this. Malt and candi sugar. I like this but to do it justice it should have been opened earlier.

500ml ceramic bottle with mechanic cap. Pale golden beer with a thin layer of white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity. Flavour has sweet and slightly spiced hints. The final has citrus and yeasty notes with a moderate duration. Carbonation is lively. Body is medium to high.

Ceramic bottle under the alias Yeast Hoist. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Funky barnyard aroma. Taste is grassy sweet with some barnyard flavor. Lighter body. Medium carbonation.

Enjoyed at a holiday celebration with armed, Pete howe, and Bill small. Cloudy yellow pour with a thick foamy White head. Flavor is hoppy with some light spicy notes.

Bottle at Appellation Wines we wish you a hoppy Christmas tasting. Pours a blonde colour with a thick white head that dies quickly. Aroma of lemon, Turkish delight, a little soap, orange, pineapple and coconut. Flavours of lemon, orange, mild soap, buttered popcorn and a grassy finish. Moderate carbonation, light CO2 prickle and a foamy mouth-feel. Really good and a cracking ceramic swing-top bottle too.
