Stoneware bottle Ashen slightly honeyish aroma. Golden, low on visible carbonation, lacing creamy head. A bit of fruit - orangepeel (including the bitter parts), hay, peppery, slight alcohol burn. Unfortunately also a slight gunpowder and veggie note. Medium body, oily mouthfeel. Not overly impressive.

Golden with an off-white head of foam. Aromas are floral and hoppy with some nuttiness - oddly like some English bitters. Flavours are bitter and hoppy primarily with some sweet malts lurking in the background. Could be stronger on the final straight - the finish is spicy but lacking in oomph.

A fairly decent Belgian Ale, although I don’t know if I would purchase this again. A somehwat floral aroma, somewhat light body, and somewhat bitter taste make this a somewhat dull experience...somewhat. Ok..

Hazy gold to dull orange in color, with towering, rocky, buzzing and highly aromatic head. Aroma is citrus, spice, lemon, straw, sugar. Solid body, strong palate presence, a lively hop profile, with sweet maltiness behind it. Very distinct and uplifting taste and a pleasant finish that takes it’s time. A real reward in every sip, and a decent Duvel clone, but certainly not the same.

Bottle. Slight banana, clove, and wheat taste. As with St. Sebastiaan Dark, it is a little thin in body. Finish is quite crisp and clean. Not bad, but not something worth writing home about.

75cl. bottle. pours an hazy gold with a substantial head. apple, spicy hops, orange and yeast in tha aromas. flavors of orange candy, apple. spritzy mouthfeel. becoming dry in the finish with a slight orange flavor lingering. kind of a let down in the flavors.
