08.22.04 0.5l crock. Golden pour; big bits of stuff floating about; head is small, but thick and creamy, light tan. Typical Belgian yeasty aromas. A slightly off, slightly chemical smell (aerosol paint?). Creamy texture, very full mouthfeel. Mild flavors with melon and vanilla undertones. Nice finishing bitterness. Not much spice. Pretty focused on one dimension, unfortunate alcohol presence for a beer that’s not huge. Enjoyable, but not remarkable.

Clear gold-amber. Creamy off-white head. Sweet, Yeasty & malty aroma. Full, lively body. Very sweet (almost cloying) malty flavour w/ some fruitiness & spiciness. Finish is peppery & alcohol laden. (Cool bottle though)

Bottle, DBF 2004. Gold, thin white head and moderate condition. Sweet maltiness in the nose, more malt and a touch of spicy yeast in the mouth with some developing corky funkiness into the finish.

Bottle: Golden red, brown colour, hazy & creamy, nice head but it looked chemical. Couldn´t make out a distinct aroma, some sweet and fruity traces. Taste is disappointing, flat and watery, I expected much more from this one.

Peachy golden body with a full, thich white head. Sweet smelling with light malts, lemony, citrusy sugar/hop. Taste is pleasant but not special. Ending is a bit drying. Not bad.
