Light golden colored body with high foamy head.. Hops dominate the aroma and flavor, astringent finish. Aroma is hops, pine, floral. Taste is more of the same capped with some light alcohol burn. Decent effort on this one.

Poured from a porcelain bottle into a glass. Nice golden color with a large head. Not much of an aroma. Light crisp Belgium taste. Decent beer.

Beautiful bottle. Usually that is meant to mask a bad beer, but this is not bad at all. Golden orangle color with a white head. Citrus or orange peel aromas with yeast and spice. Flavors add caramel and hops.

Light smell, light flavour, citrus hints. Very subtle and soft mouthfeel. But the taste not that special

Clear golden body with medium to large head. Simple malts, classic Belgian yeast, thin. Bit of herbs but generally not very exciting. Simple taste profile à well, although it has just enough malts to make the alcohol and yeast work, it’s still Underhopped. Boring brew. (75cl bottle from Bierparadijs)

Poured from a 16 oz ceramic swing top at Amp 150 in Cleveland. Bright yellow-gold pour with a white head. Nice sweet fruity aroma with some yeast. Easy drinking and flavorful - hitting the spot right now.

16 ounce bottle into chalice, best before 4/9/2014. Pours hazy and cloudy golden orange color with a 1 finger fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of pear, apple, grape, bread, candi sugar, honey, clove, earth, pepper, herbal, and yeast spiciness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity. Taste of apple, pear, grape, apricot, bread, pepper, clove, earth, honey, candi sugar, herbal, and yeast spiciness. Lingering notes of light fruits, bread, pepper, clove, honey, candi sugar, earth, and yeast spiciness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice flavor balance and complexity; with a nice malt/spiciness balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly slick and crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very good Belgian tripel style. Very nice complexity and balance of flavors; and very smooth to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

(16oz ceramic fliptop) clear gold, lasting off-white head with nice lacing. Nose of golden raisins, Belgian yeast, coriander and other spices, white pepper in the background. Taste is a tinge metallic, golden raisins, slighty papery but mostly in the background, touches of saccharin, tastes artificially sweetened, light spices like white pepper, probably just esters from the Belgian yeast. Medium carbonation, but still fairly sweet. Decent beer, but a few flaws make it just slightly above average for me.

Bottle as "St. Sebastiaan Grand Cru", long lasting creamy head with some lacing, hazy golden colour with some orange streaks, earthy yeasty aroma with rose petals, some white fruits and candy in the back, flavour of rose petals, orange blossom and citrus, finely balanced and not too heavy with lively carbonation, light bitterness and a long sourish afteraste. A very nice brew that’s quite easy to drink.
