A slightly bitter, golden colored beer with a good head.

Bit dissapointing for a Belgian. Aroma is promising enough, with hints of banana and spice. Pours big white head and is golden in color. Seems a bit thin on the palate and the flavor lacks the depth of soul of the big Belgians. Not worth the large price I paid.

Pour a medium golden amber with a small, fizzy white head. Aromas of earth, soap, alcohol. Also, big citrus nose, but not nasty-hoppy citrus. Dryish finish that is more citrus sour than bitter. There's a wee bit of alky in hereah. Like having a monkey foot in your mouth. 750 mL with git yo slizzered. Flavor balances out as it gets warmer and you get drunker. Filthy monkey feet.

I bought this beer because of the bottle. Beer pours (in Chimay glass) an orange golden with small head, maybe 3/8's inch. Better looking than some other blondes. Aroma is of corn and straw. Flavor has a bit of honey, but more pine, and then some more straw - nothing very strong, not too much to taste here, but a decent brew. Nothing special. Very drinkable, no hint of alcohol. Sampled at 71 degrees Fahrenheit.

This bottle is beyond cool. Clean it and use it for your own brew. Good golden beer. Fruity flavors. Tight head. Cool bottle is worth it.

Strange 500ml bottle with a pry off cap & a flip top cap as well. Stoneware bottle, not glass. Poured out a light golden -orangish color, with a tight, white head. Aromas mostly of tropical fruits, papaya, guava, pineapple, kiwi fruit, some banana, and anise. Tastes rather strong at first, like licorice, with a fruity background. Strong malt flavors as well. Peppery tang to it also. Finishes dry, but sweet. A really nice Belgian beer in my book. Too bad it's so expensive. $10 for a 500 ml bottle.

Ok Belgian ale. Flavor is slightly sour, spicy, and hoppy. Finishes dry and slightly bitter.

Cloudy light golden color. Not as spicy or strong as other belgian ales. Alcohol is strong for a 7.6 but overall a good ale that i would have again. Bottle is cool.

Very good Golden Ale. Not as many spice flavors as several other Begian ales but finishes well and a very drinkable beer.

Bottle. A cloudy orange color with a big foamy head with tons of rising bubbles. A yeasty, citrus, and bubblegum aroma with a dry spicy flavor.

Clear body, full amber colour. Rich head, quickly diminishing. Malty and floral aroma. A creamy sweet maltiness (bread) is the dominating flavor; the finish is a bit syrupy, revealing some alcohol that keeps lingering in your mouth.
