Bottle, bought @ Poetzh, Flensborg.
Pours clear, pale golden. Lot of small bubbles surching towards a big, frothy white head. Good duration. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, coriander, oranges, biscuits and apples. Quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is a little underwhelming, but still nice. Quite sweet, with biscuity malts dominating between some exotic fruits - pineappel, apples and oranges. A slightly dry finish.

Ceramic bottle. BB 08/06/11. Aroma of malt and candy sugar with a bit of stone fruit. Slightly hazy golden color with a firm, lasting head. Thin to medium bodied. Starts with sweet fruit, yeast spice, and a touch of warmth. The finish is a touch of clove, lingering sweetness, and a touch of bitter. Quite nice.

Bottle. Poured hazy amber with a huge frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Heavy yeasty citrus aroma. Medium body with a dry texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This is a drinkable soft beer.

Frothy, off-white head, diminishing fast. Sweetish flavor ith a hint of sourness. Hops, citrus and a bit of cinnamon in aroma and flavor. Thin beer, and the alcohol content is hardly noticable. The beer would be much better if it had more body.

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2009
Thisted tasting. Courtesy of Fonefan. Comes as Grand Cru. It is golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of perfumed malt, cabbage and yeast. The flavour has sweetness and a citrussy bitterness and notes of malt, light fruit and yeast. It is surprisingly thin-bodied, a bit of a disappointment.

Bottle... Cloudy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Lots of white protein floaties tooling about the brew. Yeasty, sweet-honey aroma with mild spice phenols. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and reserved carbonation. Sweet, spicy flavor with lots of pale grains, clove and/or coriander. Yuk! Finishes watery and lightly bitter.
