A very nice golden cloudy color, with a sick white head that isn't huge, yet stays around the entire time. Has a serious traditional belgian aroma to it, acid and hay. Has a thick leather belt body to it. Very nice, very refreshing.

Ceramic bottle from beergeek.biz. Large head, but overall light carbonation. Complex flavor that changes from the tip of the tongue to the back of throat. Strong caramel flavor in the middle. I love this. Will definitely seek it out again.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2012 500mL ceramic swingtop bottle. Poured hazy golden into goblet with big white head and nice lacing. Aromas fruit, yeast and pepper. Taste is slightly bitter with some spice and pepper. A truly enjoyable Belgian ale with medium body and lovely carbonation.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with thick white head. Aroma is mild and leans towards candy sweet. Mouthfeel has pleasant carbonation. Flavor is medium bodied. Some candy beat sugar flavors, but not overpowering. Mild hop finish cleanses the sweetness away leaving you ready for the next sip.

I got this in the limited edition YEAST HOIST ceramic bottle. It was good if a little more citrusy than Iíd expect. Good beer but I wonder how much of the $11 price is tied into the fancy packaging. Hey, it worked to get my attention and buy it so I guess you canít argue with that.

500 ml crock. Pours gold with a large head and nice lacing. Yeasty aroma with lemons and spice. Flavors of lemons, white pepper, coriander, bananas and bubblegum. Not too strong. Refreshing. Cool bottle.

Bottle as "St. Sebastiaan Grand Cru", long lasting creamy head with some lacing, hazy golden colour with some orange streaks, earthy yeasty aroma with rose petals, some white fruits and candy in the back, flavour of rose petals, orange blossom and citrus, finely balanced and not too heavy with lively carbonation, light bitterness and a long sourish afteraste. A very nice brew thatís quite easy to drink.

16 ounce bottle into chalice, best before 4/9/2014. Pours hazy and cloudy golden orange color with a 1 finger fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of pear, apple, grape, bread, candi sugar, honey, clove, earth, pepper, herbal, and yeast spiciness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity. Taste of apple, pear, grape, apricot, bread, pepper, clove, earth, honey, candi sugar, herbal, and yeast spiciness. Lingering notes of light fruits, bread, pepper, clove, honey, candi sugar, earth, and yeast spiciness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice flavor balance and complexity; with a nice malt/spiciness balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly slick and crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very good Belgian tripel style. Very nice complexity and balance of flavors; and very smooth to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.
