Known in Germany as "Bier Mit Hefe" (beer with yeast) it is savored by brewmasters as the pristine essence of beers. The haze is a result of the yeast and nutrients normally filtered from the product. Yeast brings out sweetness and more hop character than its offspring, St. Stan's Dark.
