See www.st-stefanus.be

Bottle @ Roadhouse Grill, Gallarate.

degbert (1060) - Austin, Texas, USA - OCT 29, 2013
Bottle. Pours a medium gold with a very high, pillowy, fine-grained head. Nose is a touch of citrus, phenols, and toast. Taste -- it tastes like a very typical Belgian blonde. There’s nothing notable about it, but nothing bad either; it’s almost completely stereotypical. Finish is a little short. It’s neither outstanding nor bad, almost sui generis.

Cellar release date: 7-2012 Tasting date: 10-21-13 Appearance: pours with a very large beige head, beer is a hazy deep golden color, kind of copper color, head settles into a very dense head Aroma: yeast, bread, lemon, spice, strong aroma Taste: lemon, alcohol, hints of plum, very subtle grain, butter Palate: average carbonation, leaves mouth dry, leaves a lemon aftertaste, average mouthfeel Overall: decent beer, not great but not bad either, I have 4 of these so I will rate each one a few months apart to see how it ages ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

May 2012 Cellar Release. Jasne choc bym powiedzial bursztynowe, pasowalo by raczej Amber Belgian Ale do tegopiw. Polecam lezakowanie przynajmniej rok czasu
