See www.st-stefanus.be

May 2012 Cellar Release. Jasne choc bym powiedzial bursztynowe, pasowalo by raczej Amber Belgian Ale do tegopiw. Polecam lezakowanie przynajmniej rok czasu

Pour is a hazy blond with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty and sweet. Flavor is sweet but slightly fruity with some bubblegum and bone dry malt. Finish has some melon fruitiness with a big filling carbonation. Decent Belgian beer mine says bottled 7-2012

Bottled. A bad Belgian. Glue and bubblegum yeast aroma. Tastes so lacking in body its anorexic.

Bottle to taster at Cincinnati Beer Fest 2013. Mostly hazy amber orange color. Thin white head. Couple bits of lace. Medium to bigger body. Lighter carbonation. Sort of crisp. More dry finish. Moderate bitter taste, minimal sweet. Caramel malt, light spicy, good belgian yeast character. Some burnt sugar. Alright belgian ale.

Some wheaty, banana bubblegum notes in that familiar belgium blonde way, then grain, not a huge aftertaste. Fizzy. OK.
