The 3MONTS beer : A wonderful return to nature, with its flavour of yesteryear, this is a beer that was drawn from the wooden metal-circled barrels to fill so many mugs in our Flanders bars! Its bitterness comes from our hop fields scattered throughout the region. Brewed by infusions, it is an old-fashioned rising beer made with strong and hearty Flemish hops. Fermented using top yeasts, like the barrel brewers of yore and clamped like bonderised barrels.

Bottle at home. Clear pale yellow with a stable white head. If you think "Duval" you won’t be far off. Crisp, fresh, zesty aroma leads to a clean, earthy hop flavour with underlying lager malt and a balancing sweetness. Very good.

An excellent brew that demonstrates the French know something about beer too (albeit likely from their Belgian brothers across the border). Nicely balanced and full of flavour it totally hides it strength with its sheer drink-ability.

Bottle, 75cL. Home. A clear pale yellow beer with a thin large white head. Good persistence. Fruity aroma (grapes), caramel, herbs. Makes me think of a "rosé" wine. Medium sugary sweet, then dry medium bitter and a new sweet wave at the end. Medium body, thin silky texture. Lively carbonation. Bittersweet finish with a nice warming note. Overall, i really enjoyed this refreshing herbal bittersweet ale. Especially when the temperature got higher.

bottle 75cl. Golden with a huge white head. Aroma reveals not that this is a triple beer. Has most in common with a pils type. Taste is a bit like a sweet pils. Easy to drink. In this beer, you will not be surprised. Drinkable but not spectacular.

Bottle at DØE tasting. Clear pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma light malty (caramel, notes of coriander), light acidic. Flavor light sweet, bitter and spicy, long lasting, dry. Medium+ body, some warming alcohol. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A 75cl bottle that is a bitch to open. Nose is weedy, grassy and wheaty. Almost dry. Slightly sweet. Almost refreshing. Decent bit nothing more.

Aroma is a sweet maltiness hints of Belgian sugars and some dark fruits. Taste is a fruity snap with some bitterness that finishes well but somewhat plain. Body is a clear gold with a very frothy head
