COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The 3MONTS beer : A wonderful return to nature, with its flavour of yesteryear, this is a beer that was drawn from the wooden metal-circled barrels to fill so many mugs in our Flanders bars! Its bitterness comes from our hop fields scattered throughout the region. Brewed by infusions, it is an old-fashioned rising beer made with strong and hearty Flemish hops. Fermented using top yeasts, like the barrel brewers of yore and clamped like bonderised barrels.

[backlog] 31-12-15 / bottle at home, bought in France. A lot of foam, typical Biere de Garde. Well carbonated. Medium sweet body. Bitter finish. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.75/5

Bottle. Clear gold, white head with strong lacing. Yeasty aromas of bugglegum and banana, stone fruit, lemon blossom, horse blanket and a caramel finish. Rich, boozy flavours fo bubblegum, honey, slight nuttiness and pleasant sweetness. Great beer with a cheese plate.

Bottled, 750ml cork & caged from The Auchan Hypermarche, Louvroil, France. Hazy yellow gold with explosive white head. There is a pear drop character to this with a cut grass, hay like note. Sweetish, yeasty. It’s okay if a little unexiting, which makes it a big bottle to get through.
