Had from 750ml bottle, corked, strange cage, then wrapped in plastic. Pours golden yellow with good carbonation, head, and lacing. Foamed out of the bottle slightly, but quickly caught in tulip glass. Aroma is floral with citrus, bread, and yeast. Taste is grassy, almost lager-like. Alcohol is present along with bread and citrus flavors. Drinkable, enjoyable, but ultimately, nothing special.

Bottled. Golden color with a fluffy white head that keeps a lace until finish. The aroma is fruity some hints of pear and apple. Flavor is light bit apple some alcohol hints as well. Nice finish, quite dry

Subtle aroma, somewhat sweet as honey. Easily drinkable beer, some barnyard and molasses in flavour, reminiscent of belgian blonde ales

Bière dorée et limpide, coiffée d’un épais et mousseux col blanc laissant une fine dentelle au verre. Des arômes floraux avec des notes de pâte à pain et d’alcool. D’une belle amertume moyenne, mais soutenue. De corps solide, elle offre une texture lisse et se termine sur une finale tout en arômes.

Bottle. Pours a clear bubbly gold/yellow with a large white head. Aroma of bread, citrus, notes of caramel and lemon, slightly metallic. Musky and cellared on the nose. Taste is medium sweet at the start with apples and citrus then goes slightly sour with a slight bitterness toward the end, Frivolous carbonatoin and light textured body. Not all too familiar with the style, but a nice beer nonetheless. Interested to see it cellared for a couple years.

Very balanced aromas of funk, sour apples, some malts and a touch of blood oranges too
medium bodied with a real smooth feel. Balanced with round flavors of malts, some grains, sour apples, blood oranges and a bit of a tartness as well.
This is a wonderful biere de garde. Has a bit of sourness attached to it, but it would not be confused with a flemish red. This is a wonderful beer for those that like farmhouse styles

Gold,huge fluffy white head.Small intense bead.Salty,beery nose.Gassy dry start,neutral mid,odd hop bitterness in finsh.Metallic notes

Pale golden color with white foam. complex aroma with notes of white grapes and slight citrus. medium sweet taste but leaves a nice bitter hoppy taste .delicious beer .
