341ml bottle bought in Quebec. Chestnut with a thin white head; sweet fruity aroma; sweet flavour with raspberry fruit; dry finish.

Bouteille de 341 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur cuivrée avec des reflets rougeâtres et une mousse beige modeste. Notre nez respire des arômes de caramel, de sirop, de sucre et de noix. En bouche le corps est mince-moyen avec une effervescence moyenne. On goute des saveurs de tofee, de sirop de caramel avec une finale légèrement houblonnée.

bouteille 341ml. De couleur ambrée-brune et claire. Nez de grains de malt sucrés, léger de caramel, de maïs sucré et de houblon herbeux avec des notes de noix. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture aux notes crémeuses et aqueuses. Goût de grains de malt sucrés accompagné de notes de noix lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût malté de caramel ainsi qu’un léger-moyen goût de maïs sucré puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé) aux notes asséchantes. Post-goût moyen-court et aux petites notes sèches, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux.

Clear copper brown, modest cream coloured head. Low caramel aroma. Near-featureless palate of watery caramel with a metallic finish. Not nice.

341 ml bottle- Deep copper/amber pour with a beige frothy head. Malty nose of mild caramel and candy with some grains. Flavour is sweet malts with an earthy yeastiness and grains as well. Pretty weak overall, finishes watery and thin. Meh.
