24oz can from StFun for FBW 2013. Thanks! Pours a slightly cloudy dark orange with minimal head. Aroma is sweet citrus. Apricots and peaches in there too. Taste is boozy and heavily sweet. Sugar covered dried apricots, cotton candy and green apple. Full bodied with a sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long, boozy finish. Overall, not half bad. The 12%abv is actually pretty well hidden.

Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. Mostly fruit aroma with vague hints of noble hops. Sweet medium body with a little pear and toffee in the taste. I gotta say that I’m impressed, for what this is. Not a load of fusils like some other high gravity beer (I’m looking at you, Olde E) nothing obviously metallic or vegetal.Obviously high alchohol, but not annoyingly hot. I think this was something like $1.75 for 24oz? No telling what you might feel like the next morning, though.

I can’t get behind malt lickas much higher than 8 or 9%. A few in the 10% range are good but the swill factor goes down quite a bit after that. Gold pour, lots of booze, creamed corned casserole, egg nog spice, cereal, and a bit of musty floor. Boozy finish, lots of carbonation for the ABV.

This is what I was in the mood for tonight. Decent looking, clear gold, thick head, decent retention. Can’t complain much about the nose, floral, grainy. Taste is strong and sweet, of adjuncts Sharp. Drinkable though.

Can. Golden with one finger head. Quite sweet. Booze and corn and booze. Gloriously awful.

Cheap, evil-looking 24-oz. can pours a clear golden color with a big fluffy white head. Smells of corn, rotting bananas, and rubbing alcohol. Aroma is the same, with metals and vegetables from the compost heap added. Tastes sickeningly sweet. Smooth mouthfeel, but hard to drink fast (or even to finish) because of the awful taste and the obvious alcohol. This reminds me of the same brewery’s City Lager, with twice the alcohol. Today I decided to look for a below-mediocre beer that is outragoeous as an exercise in poor taste. I found this, and it succeeds in being to beer what "Pink Flamingos" or later Ed Wood movies are to cinema. Not everyone will be able sit through the whole thing.

Sickly sweet and boozy. Appearance of urine. Corny but awful flavor. Unquaffable.
