Kaatuu lasiin mustana/tummanruskeana, vaahto on niukahko. Haju on valtavan suklainen, paahteisen ruisleipäinen, kahvinen, liimainen ja hennon sitruksinen. Maku on kitkerän leipäinen, kahvinen, sitruksinen sekä hieman sitruksinen ja liimainen. Suutuntuma on kitkerähkö ja meidohko. Kokonaisuutena epäilen lievää pilaantuneisuutta, tuskimpa tällainen liiman maku on harkittua. Haju on oli alkuun hyvinkin aromaattinen ja miellyttävä, mutta huljuttelemalla irtosi ei-niin-toivottuja piirteitäkin. Maku taas jää valitettavan pliisuksi.

The beer in the glass is black, with high, soapy head. It smells malty, roasty and like Cascade hops. Starts very malty-roasty with lots of coffee and american hops. The middle part is very hoppy and bitter coffee-roasted, with some citrus and pine wood. Goes into a very hoppy finish with a lot of citrus, resin and bitter roasted malts!

A dark brown beer with a big, quite dense and beige head. Aroma is interesting mix of roastiness and citrusfruity hoppyness, some pine needles and chocolate. Taste is roasted, dry grapefruits, coffee and some herbs in the aftertaste. Light+, nice carbonation, but body is too light. Nice and interesting, quite hopped beer, Cascade fitts nicely and gives freshness into this beer.

Pours dark brown with a big head. Aroma has roasted malts. Taste is burnt malts.

Dark, burnt malts. A bit watery, more of an aftertaste than the first impression. You can definitely find the hops.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks!. Dark brown color. Pepper and caramel in the aroma. Sweetish flavor with pepper, cinnamon, vanilla and some citric hops.

Pours dark amber with low head. Weakish aroma is mostly burned malts with some fruits n hops. Flavor is burned. Cascade tastes well. Ok beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, handsome reddish brown with a tall, dense beige head with a good retention. A little licorice in the nose, subdued roast though. Medium-bodied, again quite a licoricey character. Lightly bitter finish with a late slight tartness. 130612

Aroma is roasted with coffee and hoppy with some resin. Also some ash and vanilla. Flavour is rather ashy with some hops and hints of coffee. Nuts in the finish. A bit too ashy, straightforward and watery but decent anyway.

Pours clear brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is slightly roasted malts. Flavor is slightly roasted malts with some caramel. Decent but could use some ABV.
