Draught. Hazy orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy and some sweet and bready malts to it. Flavour is rather similar, with some honey and mild spruce as well. Grassy bitter aftertaste.

sayravai (4674) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JAN 7, 2012
(Draught@Villi Wäinö, rated 2011-05-31) Opaque orange with a small, mostly fading head. Sourness and some vegetables in the nose, but still pleasant in a way. Slightly stuffy flavor with vegetable fruitiness. Aromatic hops present, not much bitterness. Quite nicely malty body compared to the Stadin supermarket stuff. Somewhat dirty, maybe a problem with the tap @ Wäinö.

(Draught at Black Door, Helsinki, 20110625) The beer poured amber and quite clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied and watery with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, nettles, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter. The hops had nice flavour and scent, unfortunately the beer accompanying couldn’t match it.

FatPhil (9359) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 11, 2011
Tap (Black Door, Helsinki)
6 Cakey aroma. More malty than anything else.
3 Bright orange with pleasant medium-loose head.
6 Dry nuts in the taste and some vegetal grainy taste. Milky in places.
3 Some resin and malt linger in the mouth. Pleasant in some ways, but also with some initial vegetal aspects.
11 Fruitiness is a bit weird. Generally it’s a bit weird. A little raw, underattenuated, and under conditioned. Not gelling with me.

TBone (12548) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 30, 2011
Draught@Villi Wäinö
Motueka is Kiwi Saaz-variant, also known as "B Saaz". Clear pale amber color, small off-white head. Grassy and bready aroma. Light-bodied. Fruitish, typical NZ exotic fruits, but flavors are not so sweet and dominating like in many eg. Nelson Sauvin ales. Bready-fruityness, otherwise not much going on this brew. When I had this at the brewery from tanks, it had more edge, now this was quite liveless and uninteresting.
