Bottled. Black beer with a small off white head. Slight roastiness on the nose. Quite watery body. Slightly roasted. Where’s the smoke? No smoke - no fire. This is a big disappointment. As a regular stout this is fine but I’m cutting the points for not being what they say it is supposed to be.

Bottle. Pours dark brown, good foam. Aroma has rye and smokiness. Taste has roasted malts and chocolate.

Bottle. Dark brown. Whoa, good smokey rye on nose. Quite nice. Body is fullish. Malts, herbs. Feels a bit medieval with the smoked dark rye.

33 cl, bottled. Pours almost black (reddish) with a tanned head. Aroma: Hops, fruits and berries (raspberry, strawberry). Nettles Traces of rye bread. Taste: Sweet, berry acidity. Palate: Medium body, balanced carbonation. Mild rye and smoky components in aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Super smooth. Good roast. Full in the mouth. Not getting much savu, or much ruis, but I am certainly getting the stout. Where’s the damn savu? Where’s the damn ruis? Who cares - this is one damn tasty stout!

Dark brown colour with a average, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, light to moderate chocolate, smoke notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark chocolate, sweet malt, alcohol, smoke notes. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. 310812. Tap at nordic, tampere. Pours black with a nice thick head. Aroma coffee, roasted malts. Some rye. Alight oily texture. Medium full bodied. Not Bad.

Pours deep dark red, almost black color with a thick beige head. Aroma of dark roasted malts, liquorice, rye, some dark chocolate, dark ripe fruits and caramel. Flavour of toasted malts, dark chocolate, liquorice notes, caramel and some mild fruity notes. Very thick and rich mouth feel, dry and a bit bitter from the malts. Very good, almost excellent.

Draught (5,9%) @ Gastropub Nordic
Aroma is rather nice with roasted malt, rye, coffee and some chocolate. Flavour has somewhat salty licorice, rye, some coffee and chocolate. Also a slight metallic savor, hints of ash and peat. A bit too salty but still very good, reminds me of Nøgne Ø Imperial Stout. Could not locate the smoke ( = savu) here.

Pours deep dark brown with medium tän head. Aroma is roasted malts, some smoke and rye. Flavor is coffee, roasted malta, smoke and rye.
