Bottle purchased in St. Kitts. Label reads: Brewed and bottled by Carib brewery St. Kitts & Nevis Limited. Buckley’s Site St. Kitts & Nevis Product of St. Kitts and Nevis Pours medium clear yellow under a soap scum white head. Sour cheap island lager aroma. Not much flavor, maybe a little hop bitterness at the end.

275ml bottle found in a caribbean shop at Shepheard’s Bush Market, London. Grainy nose. The beer stars smooth and easy to drink. Typical international lager, but with a nice and full body. Grain, sweetness, but no water. The aftertaste is sweetish-grainy, fresh, only hints of bitterness. Full-bodied, fresh, thirst-quenching!

Bottle @ the 7th Shrewsbury Bottle Share, Aug 14, thanks to Blackhaddock. Pours clear amber with foamy thin head. Sweetcorn aroma. Moderately sweet lager taste, balanced and inoffensive. Actually surprised I didn’t mind this.

Reviewed from notes. My brother brought this back from a trip he took down there. This was poured into a pilsener glass. The appearance was a glossed over yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about less than thirty seconds leaving barely any lacing. The smell had some light toasted cereal/grainy notes with a light lemon trying to come in. The taste was slightly sweet but it seemed in a slight misleading sort of way because as it warmed, it seemed like it lost flavor and became watery. On the palate, this one sat pretty light and sessionable. The carbonation was barely there. Overall, weird beer to me. It was fun to try but probably wouldn’t have it again.

Straw color and aroma. More hop bitterness than found in the typical light lager but not enough taste to bring it out of the depths. Still, cooling on a hot summer day.

Bottle on St Kitts. Stale aroma, skunky taste but cold on a hot day. Not great but will do

Bottle (more than I wanted, but hey, you are in Trinidad). Poured a clear golden color with an averaged sized head. Yep, a pale lager all the way around ...

275ml green bottle. Golden pour, looks just a little bit unclear. White head on top that fades out to nothing quickly. Nose has some grass/noble type hops and a little sweetness. Taste has grainy sweetness and a bit of lemony hop. Finishes pretty plain. Typical light body and high carbonation. About what I was expected, drinkable but hardly anything special about it.

Bottle received in trade from RobertDale, thanks for the opportunity! Pours a medium straw color with a huge bubbly white head that persists forever and leaves lots of stickies on the sided of the glass. Intense skunky aroma upon first opening the bottle, luckily that eventually dissipated. Light honey and sugary malt with a hint of floral hop to balance. The flavor is a bit sweet but ends up dry and has just enough hop flavor to keep it from cloying. Light body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a slick sweet mouthfeel. Nothing offensive here, but certainly nothing exciting either. Maybe it tastes better on a hot Caribbean island?
