Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Tasted at 9°C (48°F). Bright red with average foam and modest sparkling. Nose of malt, hops, toffy, keys of butter and plants. The mouth is softer than bitter, at first malted of average roundness, touches of apricot, caramel, salt. A little bit crunchy and little bitterness. The toffy wraps hop till the end.
