Tap@corvus. Pale golden clear. Pale malty, malty honey, sweet straw on nose. Med light bldied, fine citrus light greens in finish. Pale maltsoupy, some corn, honey. Ok. Low intensity, kinda weak flavoured, but feels more vibrant , fruity almost perfumy, than normal bulk. Clean n nice.

Clear, meady beer. Soft, with clear honey notes. A vague flavor, but made me think of beer-mead (sima), so wasnt that bad.

Bottled,As Stallhagen Honungsöl. Lacing, snow white, stable head over a yellow blonde, clear, fizzy beer. Aroma yields a volatile whiff of honey upon opening the bottle, but this fades away as quickly as it came, making room for less enchanting impressions of skunked ’lightstruck’ effect, breakfast cereals, soggy chicken corn, grass, some vague flowers and minerals. Clean, pretty much neutral onset, some minerals merging but no esters, prompting me to conclude that this is in fact a honey lager; some malt fruitiness shows up after that, grainy, vaguely sweet and a bit metallic, with thin mouthfeel. I get near to no honey in the flavor. Finish adds some grassy, lightly bittering hops. bit watery!
