Nice complexity on the nose with touches of spicy yeast, tart fruit, citrus hops and a bit of funk and bubblegum too.The palate is just as complex and follow the nose nicely with great balance and drinkability. Crisp clean and focused with a nice dry finish. Very happy with this beer !

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle thanks to lukaduke. Pours a translucent copper with a big, fluffy white head of foam. The aroma has grainy, wheaty notes and a grassy hop profile. Sort of tastes like bready honey. Dry finish. Fizzy mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Musty lemon/orange malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Musty/dry lemon/lime, malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Very nice.

For something called a hoppy farmhouse ale, it's not very hoppy. Alright beer, pretty bland in my opinion.

Wheaty citrusy almost sour bright aroma. The color is light golden with a heff cloud to it. White frothy head, like an incredibly dry cap foam. Tang start but leveled out to an almost earthy aftertaste which was quite unexpected. Damn, that’s a great balance! I think I gonna eat this with my pastrami sandwich.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Scipio (488) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - MAY 13, 2013
Pours a slightly carbonated looking golden with a white head. Aroma has a grassy presence to it. Some slight spicy bubble gum impressions, lemon, apple, honey, and some yeast. It is well balanced without anything in the nose that dominates. The taste has healthy amounts of spics and yeast. Lots of lemon as well. As opposed to the aroma, the taste is much more simple, which I think really works for this one. Spicy aftertaste. Light to medium in body, with both a texture and carbonation being fizzy. The only drawback I can find is that it doesn’t pack much of a punch. But this is a solid beer.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Steve_0 (1234) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 10, 2013
Bottle at home. Pour is slightly hazy, golden-orange with a big white head and great lacing. Grassy, straw, biscuity, somewhat spicy, white pepper, phenolic, citrusy, hoppy, grapefruit, and bready aroma. Taste is grassy, peppery, clove, grapefruity, biscuity, somewhat fruity, orange, and resinous with a lightly spicy finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Really tasty saison and a real treat that this one is available in six packs.

Aroma is spicy yeast, citrus and tropical fruit/kiwi. The flavor is tropical fruit, spices, an undercurrent of sugary sweetness and a tart finish.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 BMMillsy (678) - Florida, USA - MAY 10, 2013
My first Oklahoma rate. Pours into tulip flasss cloudy yellow with a big fluffy head. Aroma is big hops--bordering on IPA--followed by big floral notes and some funky sweetness. Smells really really good! Sharp bitter up front that develops into a very floral flavor. Definite hints of yeast funk here finishing with bits of lemon peel, pineapple, banana, and mango. A little spice lingers. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with high carbonation. Serious summertime session beer here. What an excellent brew!

Bottle. Light funky yeast, spicy pepper/coriander, slightly woody, sweet tropical fruity malt aroma. Slightly hazed honey gold with a large dense off-white head. Sweet tropical fruity malt, light funky yeast, woody and spicy hops flavor. Don’t really get lime, but it’s still good. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, nice hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought big spice, peppery phenols, big juicy tropical fruits with kiwi, peach, passionfruit, nice orange peel as well, pretty nice. Taste is more on the peppery side, some phenolic pepper of the black cracked type, some nice peach, orange peel notes but not quite the aroma, some nice earth, biscuit and bready notes balance, finishing balanced and peppery. Tasty, can’t wait to try the rest!
