COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Bottle to chalice. Murky orange-gold with minimal, mostly dissipating head. Relaxed, pleasant nose with hints of citrus. Light body and carbonation. Mild taste with some orange notes and a little hoppy bitterness. Slightly medicinal finish with some subtle black pepper. Not nearly as aggressive as many Saisons, I really like this laid-back interpretation. Welcome, Prairie.

Hazy and quite pale. Aroma is floral, light blueberry, fresh hoppy note, peachy, complex and delicious. Soft pale malts are bready, honeyish, floral, hints of berry, touch of dryness in the finish.

5.6%ABV. Saison. Spicy vinegary nose. Aggressively acidic with forceful acetic notes. Tapped out a light straw gold at about 4-6º SRM. Nice foamy head. Lightly carbonated with a watery mouthfeel. Tart finish, but very abbreviated. Light hops right at the end.

Poured from 12oz bottle. Smoky yellow color with tall pure white head. Smells of fresh peach and apricot. Palate is light and smooth with a faint bitter finish. Nice with a light cool summer dinner.

Color arena, turbia. Aroma ligeramente láctico que recuerda a ciertas Gose. Sabor dulce, ligeramente a dulce de leche, con regusto ácido

A light yellow colour, a head is almost medium and white. Aroma has fruitness, citrusfruits, sourness, earthyness and some chalk. Taste has fruitness, some citrusfruits and earthy sourness. No change with yeast. Medium bodied, fresh. Slightly too earthy and thus not totally convincing.
