On tap @GarricksHeadPub. Tastes like highschool -- sugary-sweet, metallic, only slightly grassy -- much like how I remember the Keith’s and Mooseheads of the world. A yellow beer; Noble in name only.

On tap. Pours straw with nice white head. Lemon, DMS, grassy nose, flavour is a bit paperish and metallic. We were hesitant about getting a jug of this and were pleased that it wasn’t that bad; it’s a passable pilsener, slightly better than a typical macro imho .

This stuff has that typical Canadian microbrew after taste. Blonde color... it’s bitter enough but not one of the most memorable pilsners out there.

[4596-20120706] 330mL bottle. Buttered smoky celery straw leaves aroma has a bit of a pizza thing going on. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Light honey straw grains flavour. Light body. Terrible. (2/2/2/2/3) 1.1

July 6, 2012 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs, mabel & tupalev. 330ml bottle c/o gregclow. "ooooh - sustainably brewed; must taste like angel juice then." Pours incredibly pale clear yellow with no head. Aroma of grassy, skunk and honey (5-). Taste - honey and grass - clean, not at all skunky. Slick and thin, a bit still, finishes very quickly - meh.

On tap. Pours a copper color with light carbonation but little head. Light malt aroma. Flavors of toasted malts and honey. Where’s the hops? Not a pilsner but quite quaffable.

Bottle [12oz] shared with HogTownHarry, tupalev, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- c/o GregClow. Pours a very pale yellow-gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is vegetal and grassy, a bit sweet, grainy and malty. Slightly watery flavour is grassy and vegetal along with grain and pale malt. Average bodied. Not very good, just O.K.

2012-07-06. Crisp yellow body, small white head. 3+ Sweet florals and honey over cardboardy grainy pale malt. Flavour is similar, primarily grainy cereals and muted pale malt. Average bodied palate. Did not like. Bottle shared by GregClow

Tap. Very pale straw coloured pour. The nose is crisp and firm with some green malt and a touch of sulphur. A bit grassy and a little bit boring. Not a pilsner by any stretch.
