No 669 Rated 01 01 2009 Bottle brown, 500 ml, ext 14 P, Appearance pours deep, shiny, beautiful, dark golden body colour, texture is almost perfectly clear, body looks medium, carbonation of the body is quite mild, head is initially big, quickly decreasing to moderate, stable, long lasting, white in colour, frothy in structure, leaving nice lacing, Aroma very gentle and clean aroma denoting good quality ingredients, gentle grainy, malty base, notes of hops, crystalized honey, rather sweet aroma in overall impression, somehow lacking in a decided hoppy character what could possibly explain its being Premium Lager and not a Bohemian Pilsener, gentle yeasty scent, Flavour front is rather sweet and kind of slightly heavy, honey like, some notes of additional sweetness but positively not dull and probably having its origin in honey, gentle spicyness and minerality, there is however gentle and pleasant, slight bitterness factor in the aftertaste, very good Premium Lager, finish duration is moderate, Palate body is medium, texture is wattery with well balanced contrary bitterness and sweetness, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is gently astringent and clean

0.5 L Bottled version. Deep golden color with moderate orange tones. Medium head. Medium bodied with optimal carbonation. Sweet malty aroma with some grassy hops. Mild sweet caramel bready malt taste, grassy herbal hoppy dry ending. Good balance between the malts and the hops. Little bit alcoholic dryness noticable in the aftertaste.
