One of my favorite beer from Czech what you can by most of the shops. No bitter off taste no suprises after shallowing. Everyone should try this one.

Quack-Duck (7733) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2009
bottle, Hypernova Praha-Nové Butovice. Clear deep golden yellow, large white head, malty nose. Bitter-sweet, nice malty background with a mixture of good and cheap-tasting hops. All in all a pleasant beer, which is let down a bit by the hops.

Bottle. Yellow with a diminished head. Spicy aroma with a solid malt flavour. Thin-medium bodied, not much bitterness. A standard Czech lager.

imdownthepub (9954) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 13, 2008
Bottled, 500ml, pasteurised from Tesco, Plzen. Gold with white head. A little metallic and cardboardy initially but then improves a little to a honeyed, sweetish malt beer. Lacking some hop character, but its ok for this type of beer.

kappldav123 (4700) - GERMANY - AUG 12, 2008
The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts a bit moldy and sourish, turns then spicy very quick. Well balanced finish. Very drinkable. Well done!

harrisoni (13198) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2008
500ml bottle from Tesco, Plzen. Clear gold, no much head. Unmistakeable cardboard on aroma. Some lemon, not much hop, bit of sting on finish. Not great, but not too horrible. Bit metallic.

omhper (19192) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 4, 2007
Bottled. Clear golden, brief head. Grainy, grassy nose. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel,. There’s hay and oily saaz hops. Grassy finish with good bitterness. Feels a bit bold and rough, but still a highlydecent pilsener.

sayravai (4667) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 9, 2006
(Bottled) Clear deep golden color with a largeish, foamy and lacy head. Clean, slightly harsh and cheapish-feeling, grassy-hoppy aroma with no butter or malt, but a hint of metal. Honey-malty, slightly acidic flavor with some metal, and smooth, grassy-flowery hoppiness in the long finish. Light to medium-bodied, somewhat foamy-carbonated palate. A clean and smooth, moderately malty, but uninspiring and straightforward pils.

pivnizub (8731) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 20, 2006
Bottle: Clear, deep golden coloured, medium-sized fluffy white head, visible carbonation; mainly sweet-malty, slightly aromatic-hoppy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour over a robust malty body; mild, but distinctive bitter-sweet finish. A pleasant, malt-accented Moravian Pilsener..........
