1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
A yellow beer with a fine though disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty - rather boring and so is the flavor. The body is thin. All in all a boring version of a czech pils.

Golden coloured. Quite boring and thin with some dryness and bitterness in the finish.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
On tap at Branicky Sklípek Pivnice, Prague (no.3 on Ron Pattinson's Prague Nove Mesto pub guide). Very thin and watery - the weakest beer tried so far in Prague. Orange colour, no head or aroma. The wateriness holds back the finish, which is extremely clean across the palate. Not unplesant, just an opportunity missed; a dishwater pint lacking in crispness or fullness of flavour.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Grainy aroma. Golden color, white head, no lace. Except for the strong bitterness there's nothing. Bit dry.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The points that this brew gets comes more from the atmosphere in which I enjoyed it: very local house in Prague, dropped the equivelant of a couple nickels on the counter and got my half liter. . . bubbly head on a clear light golden body. Light saaz type hop aroma with a good deal of floral aromatics. Loads of straw and grass flavours - the lingering hops makes this one drinkable for me. . .

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Reasonable pilsener. But as caesar said, the Czechs can do better, much better...

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bit flaw for a pilsener. In the Czech Republic you can definitely find better.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden yellow colour. Mellow malty flavour. Not bitter or crisp....eh....I don't know if I'd even call it a pilsener.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
A rather meaningless effort to brew this one. A watery mixture, unfortunately czech. Because czech beer are supposed to be good, and this one isn't!

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
An International Standard Lager that suffers from the fact that this is a Czech beer and Czech beers are usually much much better than this one. It is...watery...
