2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml bottle from Tesco, Plzen. Paleish gold with thin white head. NO great aroma. Again like a lot of these beers, it’s fine, no bad flavours, only a bit of cardboard. Thinner than some others in the mouth though. Some lemon hop on finish. It’s not bad, just a little uninteresting. OK lager.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
0.5l bottle, courtesy of an acquaintance who brought it from Prague (thanks Tomislav!), shared with heavy.
Poured a dull and pale golden colour with a small thick white head that went away very fast. The nose was weak, but a nice grainy maltiness is present and some hops. mineral water like bite. Hoppy bitterness surrounding a nice , if weak biscuity/fruity maltiness... somewhat herbal-spicy. Somewhat odd but drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
0.5 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks a lot for sharing! This poured pale golden body with tiny head, clear without much carbonation. Fine aroma of some lemon, pear and grass hoppiness, spiced with its honey malty component. Flavor also very fine, slightly bitter, relatively full bodied and enjoyable. Bittersweet finish, which is not so good as the flavor could make it, but still nice. Definitely a decent Czech pilsener.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt and slightly perfumed hops. The flavour is sweetish with notes of malt, hints of fruit and grapefruit in the finish, that has an OK bitterness.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Absolutely clear yellow. Very active rising carbonation up to a strong white head with thick lacing. Nose is light apple juice and grains. Not very flavorful, a touch of sourness in the finish. Sharp palate with a thin finish.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can. Clear, maybe a bit pale golden, with a decent, white head. The nose is quite weak, flowerey and a fruityness leading my thoughts to yellow apples. Some malt, fruityness and some hoppy bitterness, the hops being most evident towards the finish. Medium body, quite crisp. A refreshing beer, unfortunately dead boring. (070815)

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden colored, medium sized white head. Sweet malty aroma with some butter and grain, good aroma, still not very rich one, mild hops there too. Thin to medium bodied, nice carbonation. Flavor is better with butter dominating, some fruity touch and lemon also there. Aftertaste turns to finely hopped and dry. Basic czech.
