Granat ist sicherlich ein Vienna-Style und dennoch hatte ich immer das Gefühl, ich würde zumindest Granatapfel-ähnliche Aromen spüren. Beeren sicherlich, gemischt mit etwas Karamell. So oder so ist es ein wunderbar einfaches, aber auch sehr süffiges und ganz einfach leckeres. Dieses muss ich noch mal haben - für Probe B.

Schönes rötliches Bernstein mit stabilem Schaum. Das Aroma ist verhalten malzig mit getreidig-brotigen Noten. Im Antrunk dann lieblich-malzig und gehaltvoll geraten. Geschmacklich wirds im Abgang auch herber, ohne röstmalzig zu sein. Gutes Bier!

Bottle. Off white lasting head. Amber body. Barley aroma. Strong hops flavor and roasted malt. Very good for a pilsener

not being a big staropramen fan, i was pleasantly surprised ny this. a strong red grape aroma and mahogany colour. quite firm with a hint of kvas and citric hops

Orangebrown with thick beige head. Herbal nose with a touch of caramel.
Bitter with nice flavour of hops and sweet malt.
A hint of vegetables (carrots, peas). Nice ending bitterness.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2008 Bottle. A sweet apple malt aroma. Dark tan color with little head. A sweet malt flavor with a farily strong cherry flavor. Finish has moderate hops bitterness.

It tastes a little better then most, apretty good beer, not a special treat, worthy to drink and good enough to share. I I hadn’t of drank it, I would’nt have missed anything really.Next

Amber colour, bubbly lasting head, pleasant smell. Smooth, vaguely any bitterness, drinks well. Never drunk a Vienna before and I’m gonna change it.

Bottled. Rich amber pour with an excellent beige head and medium carbonation. Sweet aroma, some spicy malt. Thick and crisp, spicy, malty, tart, finishes mildly bitter. A little fruity sweetness, dry finish though. Very good.
