Pale gold in colour with delicately flowery aromas and a taste in which hop crispness and malty softness combines to highly drinkable effect.

Lager color, medium white head. Aroma sweet malts, a bit honey-like. Medium-bodied, sweet malty with grassy hopped aftertaste. Very good pilsener. (6/2/7/4/14 3.3)
Re-rated, bottled as "Premium"
Lager color, small white head. Flowery nose, well-hoppied, kind of smokey palate. Well-balanced typical Czech pils. (5/2/4/3/9 2.3)

This is a nice beer with a little hoppy kick. I believe this is my first of this kind and its nicely done. A little watery but other than that another solid beer. This one comes under the recommendation of the HyVee Manager of the adult beverage department. He always finds something interesting to try. Not bad for a grocery store.

Golden with a small head and rising bubbles. Aromas are hoppy with some spiciness and yeast. Flavours are soft malts with floral notes followed by a dry biscuity finish. Superior to many other offerings and its cheap.

Not a bad little lager. Much better than a lot of the rubbish you can get in pubs. Goes down very easy and has hoppy and grassy notes. Sweetish with a assertive bitterness at the back of the mouth.

Bottle. Pale golden beer with a small white head. Almost no aroma. Flavor has some bready malts and spicey and grassy hops. Crisp and refreshing.

I love this beer! I found it at the LCBO in Toronto, Canada. It has a great flavour, aroma and is very satisfying. Definitely in my top ten that I drink on a regular basis. Very nice after-taste. I put it along side beer such as Czechvar, Lowenbrau, EB, and Baltika.

Beer #4 in my lager marathon. Keg. UK version. After three dull lagers, I was hoping for something better from this one. Sadly, if this was once a decent beer, Interbrew have ruined it. The genuine Czech version may, of course be better. There was certainly a little more body and hop character than the poor lagers I drunk before, but the whole effect was spoiled by a ridiculous level of sweetness, which robbed it of much of its crisp refreshing qualities. Next up was Carling Black Label.

Straw yellow pilsener, white head. Sweetish flavour at first, good hoppy finish. Overall a prototype czech style pilsener.

Straw yellow, white head. Little malt aroma with a little noble hop aroma. Very soft mouthfeel, with nice balance of aroma/flavor and bitter. Crisp and refreshing

Light amber in colour. Aroma was mainly of hops, slightly herbal. Flavour was mildly hoppy, slightly bitter, some sweetness. Medium body. Finishes slightly hoppy, mild bitterness. Rather nice.
