4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I love this beer! I found it at the LCBO in Toronto, Canada. It has a great flavour, aroma and is very satisfying. Definitely in my top ten that I drink on a regular basis. Very nice after-taste. I put it along side beer such as Czechvar, Lowenbrau, EB, and Baltika.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Beer #4 in my lager marathon. Keg. UK version. After three dull lagers, I was hoping for something better from this one. Sadly, if this was once a decent beer, Interbrew have ruined it. The genuine Czech version may, of course be better. There was certainly a little more body and hop character than the poor lagers I drunk before, but the whole effect was spoiled by a ridiculous level of sweetness, which robbed it of much of its crisp refreshing qualities. Next up was Carling Black Label.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Straw yellow pilsener, white head. Sweetish flavour at first, good hoppy finish. Overall a prototype czech style pilsener.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had this before , but forgot to rate it. Pours a gold coloured body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is semi-floral with some hoppy notes and a minimal skunkiness. taste is slightly watery, and hoppy at the same time. Very easy on the palate. A good session beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light golden-amber colour with a moderate head of small, tight bubbles. Aroma of Saaz hops with a metallic background. The flavour opens with a sweet and toasty maltiness, and moves into fresh, grassy hops. Crisp and pleasant finish.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Golden color. Light malt aroma. Good body structure, quite fruity hoppiness, very strong bitterness, just a bit metallic. Pleasant refreshment.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Not much of an aroma. What little aroma there is, is hops. Dark gold in appearance. White head with slight retention and slight lacing. Slight malty taste with a stronger hop taste. As you drink the taste becomes rather weak. Aftertaste is very short and bitter. Nothing really stands out with this beer. OK, I guess. A little boring. Maybe the best way to put it is not bad, not good, it just exists. Better choices out there.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale amber with white foamy head and tiny bubbles. Aroma was nondescript. Thin body. But it was refreshing. Probably good cold on a hot day. But too many better beers to waste time on this.
