Appearance is a clear golden yellow color, much what you would expect of a good bohemian pilsener. Aroma is hoppy and fresh. Quite a bitter taste but not too overpowering. Palate is moderately rough but no bad aftertaste and a full body. Very dry. Overall not a bad option. jredmond (1090), New Jersey, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 28, 2008 Poured a nice golden color with afinger of white head. The nose had a definite skunky aroma with a little maltiness beneth. The flavor was smooth and lightly sweet with a slightly biting finish. Mouthfeel is light and effervescent with a lingering hop finish. An acceptable lager it has the virtue of being very crisp, and a little lemony, which in this case was a good thing. Nose is sweet malts, bread, a touch of hops and a bit of skunk. Palate is fairly sweet with a decent dry light hop finish. Not too bad for pilsner really. SpudClampDawg (1027), Jasper, Indiana, USA

Green, skunky hop nose with notes of wet grass, pine needles and bitter rind. Notes of honey and caramel balance the hoppy body. Drinks easy and has a nice balance for the style. A little bitter and green, but overall a nice summer drinker. keghead (15), USA
