3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear dark amber with a long-lasting one-finger head mottled curtain of lace. Nice looking. Taste is malt that grows slightly in the palate before turning to mild floral hops in the finish. A simple brew, similar to a German Pilsner. Good for what it is trying to be.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
This really isn’t very good, even for a pilsner. Light and boring for the style with faint hints of honey, grass, bread and fruit.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bready toasty aroma, slightly roasted slight notes of pear and chocolate bit of floral hops. Taste starts malty sweet but soon turns dry and bitter. Nice dry and refreshing

Pours golden. Good hops bitterness. And good balance between hops and malt.

A pretty good lager. Golden and very crisp. Thick, quickly disappearing head. Hay and grassy hops, some apple sweetness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2014 330ml bottle poured in a ordinary glass.
Another review in the train... :) Now, a classic Czech Pilsener. I’m a fan of Czech Pilseners: They are simple, "hoppy" and usually refreshing.
A: Nice transparent gold to orange color with a nice and white 2-3 fingers head. Nice retention.
S: Malt and fresh-floral hops. Bready.
T: Fresh hops, malt and yeasts. Nice bitterness (of course, little bit more bitter than the German version). Refreshing as expected.
M: Nice bitter end (I like it) and good carbonation. Yeasts can also be felt in the end.
D: Good drinkability. Classic Pilsener.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Random bar in Prague. Keg. Crystal clear yellow with a thin lasting head. Aroma is standard mass lager, some apple, grains. Flavour is standard inoffensive lager, some sweetness, some apple. Carbonic acid bite in the finish. Palate is light, semi sweet and high carbonation. Bored now.
