3.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Distinctively hoppy and floral, but not overwhelmingly so. Nice malt taste. Moderately full bodied, definately full for a pilsner. Slightly creamy, odd for such a clear beer.
Slightly less hoppy, smoother, and lacking the strong ’crisp’ taste of the Pilsner Urquell, this is now one of my favorite pilsners.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle: Poured golden with an ample white head. Very little aroma, but perhaps a little whiff of skunk. Not really a lot going on flavour wise. Very thin without the hoppy bitterness of most pils. Not offensive in anyway....just really boring. I won’t be rushing out to try it again.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours golden with pillowy head that hastily retreats. This beer is creamy and buttery throughout and i quite like it although it does have some syrupy quality and some astringent bitterness. The hops are initially apparent but more malt comes through in the mouth.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
on tap Prague. Not much to add, typical czech pilsner. It is OK for a session brew but i prefer Urquell or Gambrinus

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a bottle into a pilsner glass forms a good head. Nice golden color. Crisp, earthy nose. The first sip hits me with hops (saaz?) and hops. Then finishes sweet with another hop rush and then sweet again. Bold bready, hoppy aftertaste. At $4.99 a six pack it’s...well...it’s a good beer.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Good Pils. Malty and hoppy, not as dry as I prefer (I like Northern German Pils), but a quite drinkable beer

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle... wasn’t a bad experience, but it did not stand out in any way. I would not buy this beer again.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours an attractive golden pilsener shade, with a well-proportioned white head. Aroma is a skunky, grassy scent much like Urquell. Flavor is quite clean and refreshing, with a good hop bite and a somewhat cidery sweetness. Very refreshing and drinkable, but with a nice body to it. I’m glad to have found another good czech pilsener.
