I can’t believe we actually wasted our time importing this beer from the Czech Republic when we already have plenty of skunky green bottle alternatives here in the states.

Classic Bohemian Pilsener with stable, off-white head and clear golden blonde colour. Grainy and grassy aroma, with a meaty hint and some straw and minerals. Grainy and mineral-like taste, smooth and supple, something corny, bit watery body, mild herbal and aromatic hoppiness in the finish. Not the most refined Czech Pilsener but very thirst-quenching and a good introduction to the style.

Pours a completely clear golden color, topped with more than decent white frothy head. Very pleasant hoppy aroma, some grassy notes. The body is nicely balanced, decent bitterness in the finish and that refreshing slightly hoppy aftertaste. Pure, crisp, clean taste. Great.

A basic beer at low cost. Not too much taste but still a decent after sauna drink.

Strong hops in aroma, some honey and a little hint of motor oil or something like that (unfortunately). Also a little bit of alcohol. Overall aroma is not too bad though. Appearance: golden and clear with nice and quite long lasting head. Some lacing shows up. The level of bitterness is above medium in my opinion. Small amount of sweetness. Medium body, medium thin feel, average carbonation, bitter finish. Very drinkable beer, but that motor oil aroma is a little bit repulsive.

Tasted on 8/21/14 from a capped 330mL bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal. Pours clear copper tinted golden with an average white head that slowly settles into average lace. The nose is mostly sweet corn malt, but there is some herbal hop aroma here. The flavor is the same with just a bit of herbal, grassy, very lightly bitter hops backing up the sweetish corn malt. The body is light with fizzy carbonation and a medium somewhat bitter hop finish.

Bottle. Nice but unstable, white head. In aroma mostly malts. Taste is sweet without any bitterness. Medium carbonation.

A reasonably good lager. Nice aroma, pours with no head. A nice body and a balanced dry flavour

Golden, foamy white head, plenty of carbonation. Cereal and corn in the aroma. Taste has hint of creamy malt, spice hints, cereal, yeasty bread, bitter finish. Fairly full in the mouth. Quite a good lager.
