Bottle - Pours a clear copper with a fairly big, frothy head that left some lacing. Great aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, and some pine. Juicy mouth feel with the aromas continuing. Some bitterness with the finish. My kind of beer.

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, citrus and grape finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A hazy, dark golden to amber beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is rather piney, with resins, pine cones and a touch of pale malts. Bitterness, pale malts, resins and a nice citrusy, piney hoppyness. Full body and a nice carboonation level, with some palte malts, resins and grapefruit peel. Lasting resiny finish. Not bad this one, but nothing extraordinary going on. 150621

Bottle. The pour is a rich vibrant orange, looks nice. The aroma is full of citrus hops. The taste is very bland, almost watered down, which doesn't match the color or the aroma. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank from a twelve ounce bottle, thank you Bjorn. Has a nice sweet but still nice being hop forward. Good initial complexity, with a finish slighty toward the tale end of being too hoppy.

Coppery gold in color with a whitish head. Full, strong, punchy with a lot of bitter hoppiness. Pine, resin, citrus zest. Not too heavy, not too earthy.

Bottle from local grocer.. Color is a subtle amber with hints of gold almost a whiskey hue.. Very light aroma,, nothing punches my nose immediately. Light floral at best.. Now the palate.. Very crisp, and hop infused.. Notes of syrup linger on the backside... I wish it had more of those attacking hops that the west coast made famous but I realize this ISNT a Westcoast DIPA.... all in all its a great brew. Dare I say it almost has a hint of Pliney the Younger in it.. Or is that blasphemous??

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours clear copper, quick head, little lace, no real retention. Aroma of spruce, grapefruit. Taste is bitter, slight sweet caramel underneath. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sticky mouth feel. Finishes bitter. Tasting notes of hop oils, pine, grapefruit, caramel and booze. Expected more from this one. It’s ok.

Pours (from growler) a near clear amber with very large khaki head and very sticky lacing. Aroma of a pretty good amount of citrus hops with a bit of pine and resin. Flavour of floral and earthy up front with some dry piny flavor and a decent amount of bitterness that lingers through to the finish. Comes across with a syrupy mouthfeel.

Pours a solid amber color with no head retention and some lacing. Tastes bitter and malty, but not too hoppy. If there were more hops, it would be excellent, but it is good.
