COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Starr Hill’s Jomo Lager is a smooth, multiple-award-winning Light Amber Lager. Fermented with Southern German Lager yeast, its crisp, clean taste, and noticeable hop aroma are effectively balanced with a slight malty sweetness. This is a crossover beer that appeals to the broadest spectrum of brew aficionados.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear orangish amber color with a big, dense off-white head. Aroma is bready, malty with some toast character and noble hops. Flavor is a nice toasty-malty character with underlying sharp noble hops to balance it out. Finish is toasty malt and bread crusts, with some pleasant hop background. Light to medium bodied with crisp carbonation.

US backlog 2012. Draught at Monticello Heritage Harvest Festival Sep 2012. Easy drinking mid-spectrum lager with a fruitier malt touch and inoffensive hops. Pleasant enough to wash down the quality harvest fare, else forgettable.
