2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
This beer just shakes my beliefs. I thought I loved lagers, but I don’t particularly like this one. It is just a bit too sweet for this style. I should j just quit with this and get Americas lager instead.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not quite a light style lager but nothing overwhelming here. Nice flavor, clean and crisp, with a nice golden color and white head. Beer drinkers from all walks of life will appreciate.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear orange, medium head, piercing taste with some bitter fruit, grapefruit, and no apparent alcohol. lagers generally aren’t my favorites, but this one lingered and had enough bitterness to cut through some spicy sausage and fish it was accompanying. The only thing I would knock it on was the general complexity...it didn’t have a lot of interesting flavors I can describe and bitterness doesn’t qualify. But, for the style, and the fact it was a lager, I’ll give it some kudos. Worth trying out.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a slightly hazy orange/amber with a large thick off-white head. Orange notes in the aroma with a slightly tart yeasty quality. Taste is slightly sweet with some bitter hops. Orange in the finish with some skunky notes. Overall decent, but not that great.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a nice light orange color with a foamy, slightly off white head that is a good size. Smells of pale malts. Taste is light and fruity. Not a bad drink!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a copper-orange, with a medium sized, off-white head. Lots of caramel malt in the aroma, with notes of hops and hay. Flavors is very clean, with caramel and toasted malts. Finishes clean with crisp. Overall, well put together, and one of my favorite "drinking" brews. Nothing to complex, or over done!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks to Dandman629 for hooking me up with this. Interesting aroma of popcorn, almost like Kettle Corn. Pours a slightly cloudy amber color with some slight honey orange tones thrown in the mix. Flavor is composed of a fruity dryness. Hints of strawberry & citrus as well. Overall this suprised me. More complex than expected. A quality brew.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
An American ale with some slight caramel (not sweet, but carbonised) at the aftertaste, this is another subpar brew from the Albemarlers

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
strong enough hop character that is more like a solid pale ale. this beer has a harsh chalky and grapefruit pith palate that finishes with a bit of earwax and leather with a bit of moldy hard cheese. a turn off for me. it finishes a little sweet with more citrus and an annoying feel in the back of the palate.

It’s a average lager, but certainly beats the mainstream bunch. I would pick it up again but I wouldn’t seek it out.
