3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 PorterPounder (3944) - Tallahassee, USA - OCT 22, 2009
Tallahassee, Fl. - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Pours a light copper with a thin white head. Grainy aroma with some spicy notes. Flavor is a tad muddled - but interesting. Some brief spiciness with a hint of caramel, very faint citrusy bitterness. Moutfeel is slightly carbonated - just the right amount of liveliness.

Bottle from giant sterling. Pours orange with a half an inch of white foam. A bit citrusy on the nose. Pretty smooth on the tongue with a slight hint of malt sweetness on the finish. It’s not lager but it could be worse.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 unclemattie (3244) - Georgia, USA - NOV 23, 2011
12oz twist-off bottle. Light orange-amber color. Thin white head. Hint of cardboard in the nose. Finishes with a bit of fruit, sharp bitterness. Lots of crispness. Flavor of toast, sweet malt, and woody tannins. A good summer Lager.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 jcr (1624) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - OCT 28, 2011
Bottle. Amber body. Fizzy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, vegetables with a hint of caramel. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Some biscuit taste along with canned vegetables. Hint of caramel, grain. Drinkable, but average.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bochi23 (114) - Virginia, USA - SEP 26, 2011
Tasty but not overwhelming with flavor. In fact, I like this beer when it is rolling around on my palate but the flavor goes away really quickly. That’s my biggest critique.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jtd6628 (280) - North Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2011
Ok beer I think it is too hoppy and not dark enough in color to be considered a lager. Taste and looks I would call it a light hop pale ale but a tasty one at that.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 xs2500 (169) - Mississippi, USA - SEP 7, 2011
Pours golden amber color with think white head. No real high notes here. Fairly carbonated and stale hops are the main points here. Not terrible, but just another run of the mill brew
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 obxdude10 (1811) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 13, 2011
This is about as average of a beer as you can get. It pours a dark golden color with a nice-sized white head. The head leaves a cascading lace around the glass. But unfortunately, that’s the best this beer offers. The nose falls short, offering only slight hints of bready malts and light hops. The flavors are even more bland. Drinking this beer is more like drinking carbonated, malt-and-hop-flavored water. I get a little maltiness in the finish with some light and slightly spicy hops. But that’s it.
