Has a nice pretty color of darkish brown with light orange hazy hue to it. The foam gathered around the rim and quickly disappeared. The flavors and aromas has notes of floral hops, citrus, malts, yeast and herbs. Really enjoyable.

12oz twist-off bottle. Amber color, off-white head. Nice color. Nice nose. Aromas of fruit, citrus, CascadeHops, Munich malts, a touch of wheat. Flavor is not like the smell. Sweet caramel malt, bold sharp hop bitterness. Very well made American IPA. I will look for this one again.

slightly hazy copper, lasting white head, medium-full body, crisp medium co2.

aroma: lots of bright floral pine hops, bready caramel malts, nicely balanced.

taste:
T1= sweet bready malt, slight citrus.
T2= very floral piney fresh hops, vegetal mineraly hop bitterness, hint of saltyness, very slight charcoal note.
T3= resinous hop bitterness.

malt character is nice in the aroma, but gets quickly overwhelmed on the palate. decent americanized ipa, but a bit too hop resinous for me. needs more malt sweetness or oak aging to become a nicely balanced traditional ipa.

Bottle poured a hazy golden amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, earthines and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscut, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Nice super hazy caramel, copper coloured body with a potent glow and a nice tan head. Aroma of metal, feet, malt, alcohol, sugars and a decent amount of hops. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and floral hop flavour with a malt and caramel kick and a drying bitter finish - nice. Aftertaste shows a lot of hops, some alcohol, a touch of hay, some light spices and mostly a hoppy finish - very nice for the style. Overall, a very nice and relatively traditional American IPA - grassy hops throughout and a good dry, bitter finish - this is a nice drinking IPA for the summertime! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle pulled from a six pack, purchased at Harris Teeter in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia a few days ago on 08-June-2010.

draft @ OTH. light golden/amberish, thick white head. aroma, grassy, citrus and a mild malty nose. flavors, piney hops, lingering grapefruit. Some toasted malts, couldn’t help but get a kind of basement yeasty mouthfeel that did not settle well with this beer. Finishes of thick caramel with mild bitterness.

Aroma leafy citric hop. Pale like not enough umph to be IPA. Beyond that not bad set up.
Appearance straight amber with mid lighter top.3-
Flavor and Palate : mid bodied ale with good bitterness shown. Sweet with amber malts. Citric. Milder finish , low carbonation.

Pours a clear bright orange color with medium amount of bubbly offwhite head. Aroma is typical citrus hops with slight caramel sweetness. Flavor is a bit lighter than expected, dry, bit of burnt toasted grain, and a bitter bland citrus finish - like a nonsweetened grapefruit. Overall, decent, but not great.

Nice rounded maltiness with earthy and citrus hops. Full bodied with nice carbonation. Light bitter feel on the finish that sticks around. Good but easily over powered. Still, id buy it again.

Nice enough IPA. A little sudsy upfront. Enough hops to keep you interested, but not too much so you start complaining. Good, dry, crispy finish.
