2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours from a bottle with a thin head. Nose has wheat and not much else. I’m surprised at those who said it was sweet because it seemed rather dry to me. Finish doesn’t linger at all and now I have boring beer face.

Nice light wheat. Not too much belgium flavor but not an american style fully either. Tap.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours a slight hazy yellow gold body with a one finger fizzy white head. The nose is estery and lightly spicy with some coriander and light yeast. The flavor is a bit bland, just minimal spice, some murky yeastiness, and just a bit of lingering coriander. Light bodied and a bit clingy with soft fizzy carbonation. Not a winner here, boring stuff.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle from mixed "Summer Tour" 12-pack dated best by 17 Dec. 2011 (from notes). Served in a pint glass. Newer label than shown on BA.
Pours a hazy golden straw color with a small and short-lived off-white head. Lots of visible carbonation. Additional sediment in the bottom of the bottle added mid-tasting.
S - rather typical weisbier aroma with yeast, citrus, ripe banana, a clove-like spiciness and, perhaps, a trace of hops. Not particularly inviting, but I find that true of many beers of this style.
T - moderate strength for style. Yeast, grain, ripe banana and lemony citrus. Sour and sweet components with a clear tart balance. Good but quite citrusy aftertaste.
M - medium-light body; nice carbonation level; a tad crisp; semi-dry finish.
O - In sum, an above average weisbier, particularly in regards to mouthfeel. Good thirst quencher.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20
Golden color, no head really, very small palate and smell. Almost fruity and goes down easily, good beer to drink a few of, not a lot.
