3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden pour with ring of white head. Really solid fruity and spicy ipa. The hop bitterness only shows up on the finish. Very refreshing for an ipa though. StarrHill is definitely able to do hops right...

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy yellow with a relatively thick white head. Aroma is light spice, noticeable coriander. Flavor is mildly hoppy with a bit of spice and some yeast. Flavorful but could use just a touch more hops to add a bit of a bite.

(Bottle) Hazy pale orange body with a medium, dissipating egg shell head. Wispy lace on glass. Aroma of orange, lemon, floral and some herbal notes. Medium to full bodies, oily texture, mild bubbles. Peppery citrus-pine flavor, grass. Strong bitterness, some warming alcohol comes through. Smooth finish. Maybe my favorite Starr hill beer, as far as I remember.
