COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Apple pie in a glass! Wonderful apple flavor enhanced with spices of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Tasty chilled, room temperature or warmed gently in the Crockpot! (Warming, brings out the spice!) Fabulous with turkey

Light brown tan pour with little to no head. Aroma of apple pie and cinnamon spices with hint of honey. Flavor is of sweet apples, honey, hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish is very sweet, almost a bit too sweet but spices provide some balance.

Pouring a orange like hue. Aroma is fresh apple pie. Flavor is nice spiced cider up front. A vlast of pie spices takes over with a cinnamon dominance in the finish. Real nice stuff.

Bottle at the meadery. Apple cider looking and tasting. Similar to a spicy mulled apple cider. Lovely flavor with fresh apples, light cinnamon, other spice. Nice, crisp, and not hot at all.

750 ml shared by Kan and Monica. Thanks! Pours a rich orange glowing hue, just a faint haze, some bubbles, no head. Some legs on the swirl. Aromas are fresh apples and spicy cinnamon, touches of honey, a stronger cinnamon essence grows with wet apple sauce, juice, and inviting vanilla, cloves. Initial is medium bodied, offering mellow honey and good healthy apple essence. Crisp, sweet, with growing cinnamon and cloves. Healthy spice, apples, and apple sauce. Gentle honey, lingering cinnamon sticks into the backend, dry spice and apples. Simple yet tasty, enveloping the palate. Quite nice, not too sweet, the spiciness is apparent but not into the opverbearing realm.

750ml bottle purchased in north carolina....wife says yummy which doesn’t help this rating... pours a semi-transparent cidery brown hue with a completely non-existent head and an almost non-existent level of legs running down the edges as meads normally would... aroma of honey, apple cider, and medium level of cinammon spice. quite nice and alluring... flavors are more of the same with a semi-muddled apple cinammon base with a soft cinammon portion that adds some complexity. not completely clean but manageable for the most part while then offering a light heat and booziness late. medium bodied throughout and average overall. rating probably is a little high for what it’s really worth. aroma is way nicer than what it amounts to be,
